PADDY HOCKINGFLOW STATE LEADERSHIP 
I have a reputation for high end program design and facilitation, particularly within the fields of Leadership and Group Dynamics.  
I am also well known for my work within Nature Connection, Woodwork and Bushcraft.  
These combined passions have led to my design of Leadership Training and Nature Connection workshops within both the professional and community space. 

Leadership Mentoring for both industry professionals and students.  
These workshops have been designed to enhance  Leadership skills and shine a spotlight on Group Dynamics, Communication and Facilitation, along with Program Design and Risk Management.

Inspired by nature, sustainability and strengthening community, Nature Connection programs fuse classic Outdoor Education with bushcraft, woodwork and mindfulness practices.  
Deeply facilitated conversations,   grounding meditations, reflective practices and ephemeral artwork are a few examples of what to expect.
